Razorpay ACE Marketplace is an MCP server that lets any AI agent or concierge shop across a growing catalogue of Indian D2C merchants — search products, build a cart, and check out securely with Razorpay — through a single integration.
1 Overview
Razorpay ACE Marketplace turns a fragmented catalogue of independent online stores into one shoppable surface for AI agents. Point your assistant at a single endpoint and it can discover products, compare options, manage a cart, and hand the shopper a secure Razorpay checkout — no per-merchant integration required.

2 Connect
The server speaks the Model Context Protocol over Streamable HTTP. Add the endpoint below to any MCP-compatible assistant.

Generic MCP client
Add this endpoint anywhere a Streamable-HTTP MCP server is supported — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, Perplexity, and other MCP-compatible assistants and concierge apps.
3 Authentication
Flexible — connect with or without authentication.
Both OAuth and no-auth access are supported. Connect the MCP with no authentication for open, anonymous shopping, or use the OAuth 2.1 flow where a platform or signed-in user identity is required. In both modes, shoppers enter address and payment details only on Razorpay's secure hosted checkout page — no payment credentials pass through the AI agent.
4 Capabilities
The server exposes ten tools. Read-only tools discover and inspect products; write tools manage the cart and create a checkout. Every write action is reversible in-cart, and payment is always completed by a human on the hosted page.

Rich results. Product searches can render as an interactive product-list widget on hosts that support MCP UI, so shoppers see images and prices inline rather than plain text.

6 Payments & safety
Money only moves on Razorpay's hosted checkout, with a human in the loop.
Hosted checkout
create_checkout returns a Razorpay checkout URL. The shopper reviews the order, enters shipping details and pays there.
No credentials in-agent
Card, UPI and address details are entered only on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant page — never inside the conversation or the protocol.
Human confirms payment
The agent can build the order, but a person always completes the payment on the hosted page.
Reversible cart actions
Add, update, remove and clear all operate on a working cart before any order is created.
7 Data & privacy
The connector processes only what's needed to shop.
Requests carry the shopper's search terms and cart selections so the server can return matching products and create an order. Personal information and payment details are collected only on Razorpay's secure hosted checkout, governed by Razorpay's policies.
Handling of personal and payment data is covered by the Razorpay Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
